Who We Are

Now is the time to seize the moment to create transformational change, we have to shift how we create, design and develop policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement. Creating new patterns that provide a stronger foundation for collaboration and partnership rooted in equity and justice are essential if we are going to meet our environmental and social goals.

  • OUR MISSION

to create pattern change in the climate and environment systems for greater and effective impact using an equity and justice lens.

  • OUR VISION

to create pattern change in the climate and environment systems for greater and effective impact using an equity and justice lens.

  • OUR VALUES

Pattern Change Lab challenges existing patterns that are obstacles to transformative systems change in the climate and environment systems. We focus on the design and development of patterns that lead to effective processes which lead to transformative change in policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement.

  • THEORY OF CHANGE

Our foundational principle is that pattern change is rooted in equity and justice from the start. The current pattern(s) used in the climate and environment to address the climate crisis are not leading to transformative systems change in policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement. We will challenge, develop and design intentional pattern change in the climate and environment systems that will create equitable and just policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement.
