    Our foundational principle is that pattern change is rooted in equity and justice from the start. The pattern(s) used in the governance of structure of democracies can become transformative to create systems change in policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement. We will challenge, develop and design intentional pattern change that will create equitable and just policy, advocacy, analysis and engagement.
